Ladies Lifting League is an opportunity for women to get together and train towards improving ones strength, performance and overall fitness. These series of classes are influenced by powerlifting, olympic lifting and bodybuilding movements, as well as some classes reflecting a crossfit training style. We focus on increasing our overall strength, learning correct lifting techniques and breathing habits, ensure the practice of adequate activation and mobility drills, specific for the key movement patterns of each training session. These classes are perfect for anyone who prefers a group training environment, can’t afford individual sessions but still wants detailed programming with assessment of their technique.
 
Each class has a different focus and objective in mind. 
Every class comes with a program in which is updated and sent out monthly. So you can track your progression, over each program block.
Classes are all 60 minutes and there are currently 7 session time run per week (shown below).
Classes are run within the ‘cage’ section of the gym floor.
There is a maximum of 4 people per class, so booking is essential to confirm your spot. 
I am always looking to put on more class times, so if there is a day and time you would like to see a class, let me know and I’ll add it to the timetable!
