Terms and Conditions
Payment Payment will be Direct Debited from nominated account on a weekly basis, every Thursday (unless otherwise agreed upon) the week prior to session.
Cancel / Freeze Payments: Direct debit payments may be frozen upon request, in the case of a holiday or serious injury/illness inhibiting one from participating in training.
1) Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance of your session via a Phone Call or SMS. Email cancelations will not be accepted. Where possible your session will be rescheduled in the same or following week.
2) Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will result in the session being billed, excepting in the case of a valid medical condition or extenuating circumstance.
3) In the event of late arrival the time elapsed will be forfeited and the session will still end at the designated time.
4) In the case of the trainer being unable to conduct the session, you will not be billed, and where possible your session will be rescheduled within the same week, or as a makeup session in the next week.
